The playground opened in 2014.  It has artificial turf for surfacing.  There is a net climber and a ramped structure.  There is both a 2-5 year old and 5-12 area.

Haultain Park is also known at 13th Ave Park. The ground cover is recycled tire flooring and is completely accessible allowing kids in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility to get right up into the play.

The preschool climber features an old west theme which provides ample opportunities for imaginative play. There is a  slide and bridges with room for a wheelchair to move around at the ground level. There is a saucer swing and a small merry-go-round spinner. There are a number of features that spin or swing for children who benefit from vestibular motion.

The school-aged climber has ramps that ascend 3 levels with panels, a canopy and a room to turn around at each level. There is also a musical panel on the ground level. There are slides and a flying fox. There is a standing spinner, and a small merry-go-round spinner that can be used by people who were able to be transferred. There is a saucer swing, a regular swing and a baby swing.

Street parking is available however payment is required. There are benches and picnic tables near the playground. The trees in the park are young so there is not much shade.

The ground floor of the Nellie Breen Playground is outdoor carpet and is completely accessible. Although there is nothing that can be directly accessed from a wheelchair, you can get right up to play on all items except for the tall play structure. There are also many items that can be accessed by people who can be transferred or just had low motor skills. There are many play features that swing, spin, or bounce for children who benefit from those types of vestibular motion. The large school-aged climber has stairs so those with low motor skills can still get to the top. There is ample shade in the park with a variety of seating to include Adirondack chairs for those who may need some back support, benches, and picnic benches. There is also a fountain with a dog bowl attached.

The playground is beside the Renfrew Community Association – NOT the athletic park. This carpeted playground has a large play structure with an airplane theme, but the best part of the playground are all of the ground level play activities that provide great vestibular motion.  There is an accessible swing, a 4 person see-saw, a 2 person airplane rocker, and a tea cup spinner. There is good shade in the play area and there is a flat grassy area nearby.

St. Andrews Heights Playground features a large climbing structure with a slide, ramps, a rock wall, and a ladder bridge. There is a dinosaur climber, a 4 seater wobbler, and 2 bowl spinners. There are 4 swings, two of which are infant swings. The recycled tire flooring allows accessibility right up into the play and in a few places, you can go under and through. There are two ramps to the first level of the play structure so you can ride around in a loop. The swings and bowl spinners are great for kids who benefit from vestibular motion.

Although this is a community playground, it is next to a school and will be used by the children at the school during recess and lunch. The park area is fenced but has a couple of ungated exits. There is some shade offered at the playground by a few large trees. There are 4 benches and a picnic table to provide seating.
