Chesterfield

Faust Park — 5185 Olive Blvd.  In addition to the accessible playground, Faust Park also includes,  the St. Louis Carousel and Gallery and the Butterfly House.  In addition, there are historical homes that you can tour. You can also like Faust Park on Facebook!

City of Clayton

Tree Top Playground–located in Shaw Park, 27 S Brentwood Blvd.  Tree Top Playground is a project of Unlimited Play. Tree-house theme encompasses the playground. There are traditional, toddler, ADA accessible and Biggo Flyer Saucer Swings. There is a fully accessible splash pad for those hot summer days. Freenotes playground instruments bring true tone to the playground. There is both a toddler and school-aged sections that include rollerslide and metal slides.

City of Lake Saint Louis

Zachary’s Playground — located in Hawk Ridge Park, 8392 Orf Road. The playground includes a castle structure by Landscape Structures and a fully accessible spray park. Other features noted by Unlimited Play, Inc. include swings – traditional, toddler, and ADA accessible; a Music Section – for audible stimulation and creativity; Toddler and ages 5-12 sections – fully ramped and accessible; Surfacing – poured-in-place; Climbing Net – with custom seats; Rollerslide and metal slides – available for those with cochlear implants. This is a project of Unlimited Play.

Ladue

Tilles Park — 9551 Litzsinger Rd.  The All-Access to Play playground includes stainless steel slides and adapted swings.  The highlight of this playground is the spray fountain which is multi-purpose as well as multi-seasonal.  There is a stone wall seating area surrounding the plaza.  This area is a lot of  fun with bronze ants climbing upon the wall. The stone wall area also has incomplete nursery rhymes written on it for new readers to enjoy filling in or caregivers sharing in the fun.  During colder months the plaza turns from water  into an area where children still play around whimsical features or enjoy the entertainment of a professional performance.  There is a changing room.

Lee’s Summit

Cedar Creek Elementary School — A Boundless Playground™ is located at 2600 SW 3rd Street.

Hawthorn Hill Elementary School — A Boundless Playground™ is located at 2801 SW Pryor.

O’Fallon

Brendan’s Playground–is located in Westhoff Park, 699 Sheppard Dr.   The playground’s theme is “Bug’s Life”. There are traditional, toddler, ADA accessible and 2 Biggo Flyer Saucer Swings. The playground has fully accessible splash pad for those hot summer days. Freenotes Playground Instruments bring true tone to the area and there is and custom piano (like in the movie “Big”. There is an area for toddlers as well as school-aged children. In addition there is a Climbing Net – Spiderweb themed with custom fully-backed seats and Rollerslide and metal slides. Brandon’s Playground is a project of  Unlimited Play.  Brendan’s Playground was featured as a playground of the week.  Enjoy the pictures.

Sedalia

Centennial Park–is located at 16th and New York.  Playground includes a wheelchair swing.  It is designed with is a slide and climber in each corner so that a parent can stand in the middle and help their child up the climber and down the slide without having to go up the equipment with them.

St. Louis

Dennis and Judith Jones Variety Wonderland — located within Forest Park.  This half-acre, state-of-the-art playground features 29 pieces of equipment.  There are 5 areas: First Adventures for children ages 2-5, Big Adventures for children ages 6 to 12.

The Secret Garden at Forest Park

Be sure to visit the Observation Relaxation Deck and Living Shelter too. Some of the features include a wheelchair-accessible tree house, Braille panel and 32′ musical pylon for the visually impaired, creative panels, 14 perennials known to attract, feed and house Monarch butterflies and talk phones. Customized equipment include teeter-totter swings with high backs, disc swings, metal slides for children with cochlear implants, double slides and four-seat seesaws.
